Obowiązki:
- Building internal and external reputation of one of the world's largest snacks companies with iconic brands, such as: Milka, Oreo, belVita, Toblerone, Cadbury, Alpen Gold, Lubisie, Delicje, Prince Polo, Halls
- Providing internal communications support for 2 offices, 9 plants and R&D Center in Poland and Baltics
- Creating and editing content for local intranet, e-newsletters and communication materials adjusted to target groups (wired and non-wired colleagues)
- Organizing communications meetings (online and offline), celebrations and corporate events for employees and external stakeholders
- Supporting people agenda, incl. employer branding, DE&I and well-being
- Cooperating with brand teams on marketing and brand PR campaigns
- Supporting local activations of global campaigns
- Partnering with external PR agency to run a high performing press office and delivering external communications KPIs and objectives
- Supporting interviews with leaders, delivering inputs to media publications and reports
- Preparing media monitoring, projects summaries and presentations
- Managing invoices and administrative tasks of Corporate & Government Affairs team
- Partnering with NGOs in organizing employee volunteering
