Obowiązki:
- Create, plan, deliver and direct training programs for CHC crew and AIMS training programs;

- Process invoices for SIM training and other training activities;
- Ensure, through Human Resources, the union contract is upheld and updates are made within the AIMS system to guarantee proper payments for per diems, overtime, excess duty and leave;
- Assist payroll department with ensuring each base are correctly charged for their allocated crew numbers;
- Field incoming queries from all Crew, Base Managers, Regional Directors, Manager Flight Operations, Schedulers, Training Planning, Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Purchasing regarding allowance pay as well as expense claims;
- Responsible for reporting all types of leave to the Australia region Finance Dept. and manages all Field Leave balances;
- Closely liaise with Payroll analysts in regard to ADP and Celergo reporting;
- Work daily with BD and Australia Pilot/Engineer Schedulers and Managers regarding how to assign proper codes in AIMS;
- Employees must comply with and adhere to all company policies;
- May perform other duties as assigned from the manager or region/AOC assigned to;
- International travel may be required

Obowiązki:
- Develop and manage BI solutions using MS BI technology stack
- Responsible for design and maintenance of multi-dimensional and tabular models
- Responsible for establishing and ensuring best practices for ETL workflow from identified source systems
- Work with Business stakeholders and end users to identify, understand, create and deliver information according to their requirements
- Collaborate with business users to deliver stable and highly available analytics' reporting platform
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports for different functional areas including finance, inventory, maintenance, safety using SQL Server Reporting Services, MS Cubes and Tableau,
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions
- Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations
- Optimize poorly performing SSIS packages, SQL queries, Cubes, SSRS reports, Tableau and Excel workbooks and other solutions
- Coordinate and work with other technical staff to develop coding and reporting standards
- Perform Unit, System and Integration Testing, participate in User Acceptance Testing
- Provide training sessions to end users to ensure all data and procedures are understood
- Provide post-implementation support
- Use and contribute to CHC's IT policies, procedures and standards
- International travel may be required
- May perform other duties as assigned
