  • Key Accountabilities:
  • • Take full ownership to ensure the Apprenticeship recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
  • • Lead vacancy consultation discussions to agree the recruitment plans with Hiring Managers– this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process. To also include any target academic  institutions or degree apprenticeship courses
  • • Collaborate with Sourcing team on the iterative process of narrowing down high-quality candidate and jointly review the shortlist with the Hiring Manager
  • • Work with AMS team and the client to develop partnerships and working relationships that deliver a great candidate and Hiring Manager experience
  • • Be accountable for the delivery of high quality, engaged candidate shortlists to your Hiring Managers with accurate and complete information to help them make informed hiring decisions
  • • Demonstrate a commitment to your candidates so that they feel valued throughout the recruitment process. Keep them updated and informed, following up with Recruiters and Hiring Managers when needed
  • • As a senior member of the team, act as a point of contact for SME advice and expertise
