The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an EMEA Regional Payroll Manager you will provide leadership to EMEA Payroll team members within 48 countries while being 3M’s first point of contact with regional payroll vendor for issues/concerns
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide leadership to EMEA Payroll team members, this role provides direct supervision, consults and advises on policy and procedural, and interacts with other key stakeholders within the EMEA region
