Obowiązki:
- Helping us bring great people into the business for all sorts of technical (IT, QA, product)positions. Actively source candidates via social media sites and networks, write and postjob ads on online boards and coordinate interview process while ensuring best candidateexperience
- Evaluate and screen resumes using recruiting tools as required to assess candidates'skills
- Develop and manage externally facing recruitment channels such as job fairs, socialmedia, conferences and other events / channels to promote new and excitingopportunities
- Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand current and future talentand organizational needs
- HR administration - oversee the employee documentation, manage third-party vendors tosecure smooth payroll and benefits administration
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in humanresources, talent management
- Ability to quickly gain knowledge about applicable regulations and policies for varioustypes of employment contracts
- Understand our brand, culture, mission and values to effectively serve as an ambassadorfor Fonn and a welcoming first touchpoint to all new hires on their “employee journey” withus
- Be the main point of contact for all People matters, create and maintaining company HRpolicies and knowledge base
