Obowiązki:
- Planowanie i realizacja zoptymalizowanych procesów dostaw pojazdów i części zamiennych w Europie wraz ze współpracą z partnerami zewnętrznymi (firmy transportowe, agencje celne)
- Układanie planów dostaw w odniesieniu do priorytetów biznesowych firmy, oraz w porozumieniu i na bazie aktualnych możliwości działów wewnętrznych firmy
- Planowanie dostaw produktów zamawianych od zewnętrznych producentów i dostawców
- Weryfikacja kompletności wysyłanych i odbieranych zamówień/dostaw
- Przygotowywanie dokumentacji (CMR i inne) oraz inne czynności (np. zakupy przepraw promowych) w związku z realizowanych dostawami
- Sporządzanie raportów w zakresie realizacji dostaw
- Współpraca z działami w firmy w zakresie koordynacji dostaw i wysyłek (np. informowanie o konieczności zapewnienia sprzętu do rozładunku dostaw)
