Obowiązki:
- TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1. Systematic approach troubleshoot and resolve problems in mechanical and electromechanical systems
- 2. Identify issues, participate in solving and implementing patches on the production line
- 3. Supporting to Manufacturing with production specifications and technology

- 11. Continuous team work with Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing DPT

Obowiązki:
- Purpose of the job position:
- Reporting to the General MANAGER (M/F), the Quality SENIOR SPECIALIST (M/F) is responsible for updating, coordinating and ensuring compliance with the quality management system (certifications, standards, legislation)
- He/she proposes and implements actions to develop new standards meeting the needs and expectations of customers (internal and external)
- Main activities:
- He/she is responsible for:
- • Designing, monitoring and developing the company's quality processes ISO:9001 and implementing the IATF certification
- • Definition, implementation and monitoring of quality-related actions, managing external and internal non-conformities (using tools like 8D report and 5Why analysis) & implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- • Monitoring regulations in order to adapt company standards to normative constraints and requirements, and propose internal changes to his/her superiors
- • Carrying out and/or supervising quality management system audits (for certification or monitoring compliance with processes in place)
- • Proposing and monitoring preventive and corrective actions
- • Monitoring non-quality costs in order to propose global action plans to management
- • Reporting, monitoring and analysing monthly indicators (PPM, number of claims, on time delivery) either toward customers, suppliers and internal operations
- • Participation in the implementation of new projects (e.g. preparing PPAP documentation)
- • Managing and performing internal audits
- • Supervision over raw materials incoming inspection
- • Supervision over measurement equipment
- • Developing work and control instructions / internal control sheets
- The set of activities described above is not exhaustive, and may evolve according to needs, within the scope of the department prerogatives, and at the request of the department GENERAL MANAGER or company management
- Responsibilities and scope for action:
- The job is characterized by a high degree of autonomy in carrying out the various activities, both in terms of their organization and in prioritizing the actions to be taken in light of the company's needs and the resources available
- Decisions involving the development or transformation of the department must be submitted by the Quality SENIOR SPECIALIST (M/F) to the General MANAGER (M/F) for approval
- Malfunctions are identified and analysed, and solutions are proposed to management for decision
- He/she ensures the quality / conformity of his/her various activities with regard to the processes in force in the company and in his/her department
- The Quality SENIOR SPECIALIST is empowered to stop the manufacture of non-conforming products, and to declare the conformity or otherwise of products in case of doubt
