- We are looking for someone, who will:
- • Arrange Vessel, Port and Cargo Operations in accordance with local rules / regulations and safety/ security procedures for both feeders and ocean vessels, including 3rd party operators
- • Trace shipments to assure that all containers load as booked
- • Create shut out lists and investigate load list cancellation reasons
- • Provide forecasts to terminals, vessel planners and partners on cargo set to sail

- You will be responsible for all strategic purchasing activities in the following categories terminals, truck, rail, feeder, barge, depots and all other port costs
- Your main tasks will be:
- • Development of a purchasing strategy within Area North for the responsible categories, terminal, inland, depots and repairs
- • Central contact person for contracts and their drafting, as well as for standard operating Procedures (SOP)
- • Responsibility for the complete filing and maintenance of all contract documents in repository system

- • Point of entry for ad hoc enquiries about tariffs, surcharges and their calculation related to the vendor agreements

- • Development of suitable controlling instruments for the analysis and monitoring of suppliers and volume developments

- Your main tasks will be:
