Obowiązki:
- Create and lead the finance team
- Take formal and accounting supervision over the correctness of operations and financial/accounting settlements
- Analyze, monitor and advise on the books and records, and maintain a strong controlling framework and governance process
- You will be responsible for quality of monthly financials and contribute to streamlining of routines, process and internal control in the company
- Cooperate with banks, financial institutions, and state authorities etc
- Monitor of regulations in terms of the possible tax optimization, reliefs, exemptions, etc
- Monitor and manage cash flow
- Support local country managers with accounting, salary and other relevant topics
- Responsible for communication with the auditor and preparation of annual reports and tax returns, as well as making sure the audit process runs smoothly
- In addition to the above tasks, there will also be ongoing strategic sparring with management
