Obowiązki:
- Complete weekly and monthly local marketing plans to ensure the HQ team is always up to date onlocal marketing initiatives
- Coordinate, staff and attend local events to promote the property
- Draft and propose local content for the company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok
- Creating graphic content for social networks including photos, video recording, preparation of social media graphics, posts and reels
- Preparation of graphic design for events posters
- Social media analysis and reporting
- Graphic design for promotional/sales campaigns
- Events organization for both current residents and leasing events. Including email invitations, communications, advertisement and then the organisation of events
- Take regular time to understand the shifting shape of the University landscape in your city, the demographic of customers it serves and develop and showcase a strong understanding of what life is like for our customers
- Develop strong, meaningful relationships with institutions and local businesses in your City
- Accountable for solid customer retention and recommendation performance in the property
- Provide ideas to Property Manager for advertising/marketing tactics throughout the year
- Always maintain beautifully presented show units
- Assist in the turnover process by completing all tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Property Manager
