Obowiązki:
- Ensuring the compliance of the books of accounts with the applicable provisions of the Accounting Act (UoR)
- Ongoing control and register of accounting documents
- Calculation of corporate income tax, preparation of the declaration
- Comprehensive coordination of month and year closing processes, including preparation of monthly financial reports;
- Ensuring correctness and timeliness of statutory, tax and legal reporting (obligation to report to the Tax Office, NBP, Central Statistical Office, others);
- Monitoring changes in national tax law and informing and coordinating changes in the organization;
- Representation of the Company before national financial and tax control units;
- Responsibility for timely payment of liabilities;
- Supervision of payments, reconciliation of receivables and payables settlements;
- Supervision over the correct circulation of accounting documents;
- Tasks resulting from the audit of internal processes
- Constant management of financial liquidity, cash flow analysis, cash flow
- HR and payroll services
- Supervising the implementation of budget assumptions
- Participation in the development of the company's strategic goals
- Initiating new projects with a view to maintaining financial liquidity at a satisfactory level
- Additional projects within the group
- Supervision over the administration and IT area
- Being prepared to perform duties independently
- preparation of weekly cash flow reports
