- The project coordinator role is responsible for managing all aspects of field activities to ensure that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters and schedule, making sure we deliver & exceed expectation and delight clients

- • Clarifying costing proposal specification and client requirements

- • Ensuring all the project material/product/concept and storage are handled confidentially
- • Managing and tracking project budget and variance
- PROJECT CLOSURE
- • Delivering timely project summary reports and performance dashboard
- • Calculating payment with vendors or online suppliers

- QUALITY ASSURANCE
- • Implementing quality assurance procedures in accordance with data collection methodology
- • Ensuring timely communication to the field team or vendor on any quality issues found
