- The Vendor Management Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, onboarding and maintaining solid relationships with all Avantpage providers. Additionally, you’ll support our Quality team in collecting data related to provider performance for continuous improvement and to ensure our providers comply with our internal and external requirements
- Communicate with providers to address their inquiries
- Provide technological support for providers in internal tools and processes
- Conduct provider recruitment, training and onboarding processes
- Ensure provider pool is compliant with internal processes as well as client contracts and industry regulations
- Maintain solid relationships with Avantpage provider pool
- Support internal teams in provider related matters
- Conduct business meetings and periodic reviews with key providers
- Collect data to elaborate reports on provider quality and productivity
