Obowiązki:
  • Servicing several small branches/rep offices of organization in the field of bookkeeping and reporting in accordance with the Polish Accounting Act and IFRS:
  • AR tasks: issuing and posting manual invoicing
  • AP tasks: posting bank statements on the daily basis; verification of documents in terms of accounting and tax; payments to vendors, balance confirmation; analysis and processing accounts payable in a timely manner; approval and booking of invoices related to administrative and support functions; investigation and resolving problems associated with processing of invoices; issue of correction notes to received invoices with mistakes; cost control on cost centers and accounts; travel expenses; employee settlements; providing additional data for payroll process e.g. per diems and other employee expenses, which should be deductible; researching and resolving any outstanding balances on vendor accounts; verification, analysis and posting costs regarding employee working abroad
  • Fixed assets accounting: processing and editing of asset posting; keeping records of fixed assets; Additions and disposals – issuing documents, booking in SAP; inventory counting and physical check of FA – once a year
  • GL accounting: performing journal entries for adjustment to the general ledger and set up accruals as necessary to improve the month end closing process; calculation and posting of provisions for costs- monthly and quarterly; closing procedures including running cycles in SAP, allocations and other standard monthly cut off procedures; receiving, researching and resolving a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons; reconciling various accounts on a monthly basis, bringing any discrepancies to the attention of the Chief Accountant
  • Reporting and audits: assisting in compiling information and preparing responses to auditors during the annual external audit; Interaction with local auditors; Various reports on costs when required
  • Tax: identifying and solving problems that arose in connection with settlements with the Tax Office; current control of tax settlements; monitoring changes in legal regulations that regulate tax issues, analysis of the current position of the tax courts; reporting to local tax and VAT authorities – monthly JPKV7 declarations and corrections when needed; issue of required documents related to VAT – internal document with output VAT, Vat registers; providing information on monthly basis on untaxable costs for CIT calculation; following changes in tax law, attending trainings; reporting WHT, annual WHT declarations and corrections when needed
  • Budgets, Estimates & Controlling: active participation with preparation & input of data for cost budget and quarterly estimates for the countries in scope; cost controlling for the countries in scope; calculation for accruals and provisions related to sales & cost (e.g. for rebates)
  • Other: replacement other colleagues in Finance PL during holidays; active participation in the analysis of all needed issues about hiring a new employee abroad; active participation in the analysis of establishing new branches of the company abroad

  • In your role, you become part of our diverse and passionate Global HR organization.
