- • Be an ambassador for OIA Global and it’s values
- Customer Service
- • Ensure good relationships between customers, colleagues and third parties to support operational excellence and adherence to deadlines
- • Maintain regular reviews with customers to gather feedback on customer service and develop opportunities for growth
- • Be proactive when faced with problems
- • Ensure team activities reflect your high level of customer service
- • Provide service in line with the OIA Global Mission Statement
- Finance
- • Prepare budget for discussion with Regional Manager
- • Ensure month end is completed promptly and correctly
- • Compare results against budget, .e.g. sales, costs and GP
- • Review accruals and comment on variations in the P&L
- • Complete the monthly management report, as required
- • Work in accordance with finance department requirements
- People Management
- • Be responsible for the overall performance of the Branch
- • Plan staffing levels, recruit, select, and ensure smooth on-boarding process for new staff, as required
- • Coach, develop and motivate your team, ensuring they have the knowledge to complete their duties
- • Formally manage your direct reports, e.g. performance appraisals, inductions, disciplinary matters
- • Ensure branch adheres to policies and procedures and SOPs
- • Actively promote and manage engagement into the learning and development culture
- • Actively participate in employee and recognition initiatives, such as Employee Appreciation Week, MVB, MVT, Level up award etc
- • Act with sensitivity and discretion, when engaging in personal discussions with your team
