- ShowTex Polska is part of the ShowTex group and benefits from more than 40 years of experience in inventing, manufacturing and installing flame-retardant fabrics and innovative drape suspension systems for the entertainment business
- WHAT ABOUT YOU?
- As a Sales and Project coordinator, you join our Polish team, which is focused on developing operations in Poland. Commercial drive? Check! You are willing to learn how to deal with client inquiries and provide the highest level of customer service
- Hands-on problem-solver? Double-check! We're talking about handling sales projects from start to finish. You're the trustworthy ShowTex face for your clients and a supportive and cheerful colleague for the team

- Ah, the thrill of coordinating a project from A to Z. On-site meetings, surveys and measurements, as well as creative problem-solving are part of your nature. You’re always willing to find the best solution for your clients, nursing them with the right samples or marketing material and calculating feasible price estimates. Oh, and we’re never too cool to pick each other’s brain around here, so surely you will consult colleagues and other departments along the way
- No doubt communication is key: briefing your colleagues of the production, transport and installation team while discussing all details with your client. Even after the sale, because they will all be keen to share their feedback. You would never miss a chance to optimise your and our way of working, right? Customer satisfaction for the win! And because we are an international company, expect to communicate daily in Polish, English and even German!

- Mówimy o obsłudze kompleksowych projektów sprzedażowych dla których będziesz twarzą reprezentującą grupę Showtex na rynku lokalnym ale też na rynku niemieckim
- Dając szerszy kontekst, z jednej strony szukamy wesołego współpracownika, który będzie potrafił na co dzień pracować z kolegami z całego świata a przy tym zajmie się rozwinięciem sprzedaży na nowym lokalnym rynku. Jeżeli nie masz doświadczenia w sprzedaży to nic nie szkodzi oferujemy pełne szkolenie!
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Czujesz dreszczyk emocji związany z koordynowaniem projektu od A do Z. Spotkanie z klientem, wizje lokalne, branie pomiarów jak również kreatywne rozwiązywanie problemów są w twojej naturze. Jesteś osobą, która znajduje rozwiązania i zawsze jest chętna do dyskusji z klientem co będzie dla niego najlepsze. Do tego wyślesz odpowiednie próbki materiałów i przygotujesz wyceny. A do tego jesteś otwarty żeby konsultować i omawiać swoje projekty z innymi pracownikami i być otwarty na ich pytania. Dla nas bez wątpienia kluczowa jest komunikacja, przekazywanie dokładnych informacji do współpracowników zajmujących się produkcją, transportem, instalacją jest kluczowe dla sukcesu każdego projektu i zadowolenia klientów. Również kontakt z klientem po sprzedaży jest bardzo dla nas ważny, bo wiemy że z chęcią podzielą się z nami swoimi opiniami
- Ponieważ jesteśmy międzynarodową firmą codzienna komunikacja odbywa się po angielsku, ale również znajomość Polskiego i Niemieckiego będzie konieczna do kontaktu z klientami w tych krajach
- Nie ukrywamy że trzeba zakasać rękawy i umawiać spotkania, być na targach, spotkaniach branżowych tak żeby poznać rynek, konkurencje i trendy! Ale nie będziesz w tym sam i dostaniesz konieczne wsparcie i przeszkolenie żebyś bez problemu mógł/mogła wypełniać swoje codzienne obowiązku. W końcu wszyscy chcemy powiększyć portfolio naszych klientów!
