- Ensure the proper operation of machine programs
- Create and improve the programming package
- Participate in the installations, trainings and commissioning at client locations and remotely
- Conduct the Ewon configuration to communicate remotely
- Create pages, menus and alarms on touch screen (HMI)
- Offer remote technical support to our clients and road technicians
- Offer technical support to the Sales and Customer Service departments
- Any other related tasks
