- Posting goods received notes into ERP system (IIKO/Syrve) on daily basis, verification of the completeness of information provided by suppliers (all scan copies and originals of goods received notes should be in place), scanning goods received notes if required
- Posting delivery companies reports (Uber, Glovo, Bolt etc) into ERP systems, sett-off debit and credit balances
- Preparation of act of reconciliation with counterparties on monthly/weekly basis
- Posting bank statements data on daily basis, taking into consideration budget line and point of sales
- Supporting monthly inventory stock-taking, putting inventory results into system, analysis of findings
- Taking part in communication with the outsourcing accounting company - control of the reliability, completeness and timeliness of providing accounting documents
- Data room management of accounting documents
