  • • Забезпечити оперативне та точне звітування, реєстрацію та розслідування всіх інцидентів
  • 3- ЗБІР І ПЕРЕДАЧА ДАНИХ ЩОДО ВИКОНАННЯ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ. ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЇЇ ЗАХИСТУ
  • • У співпраці з командами проекту забезпечити належний контроль внутрішньої, конфіденційної системи управління даними для бенефіціарів під час ведення справ
  • • Збирати та передавати дані щодо подальшої діяльності керівнику служби з захисту та/або керівнику з першої психологічної допомоги
  • • Брати участь у зміцненні співпраці з усіма партнерами та іншими учасниками проекту
  • 4- УЧАСТЬ У ЗУСТРІЧАХ ТА ТРЕНІНГАХ
  • • Участь у щотижневих зустрічах з менеджером проекту з захисту та командою з першої психологічної допомоги
  • • Відвідування внутрішніх зборів команди PUI за вимогою менеджеру проєкту
  • • Брати участь у навчальних курсах, семінарах та зустрічах для обміну досвідом, організованих командою проекту та/або іншими партнерами

Obowiązki:
  • Work closely with MHPSS Supervisor, Social Workers, Volunteers and Protection team
  • Roll-out the MHPSS activities in close collaboration with the Supervisor and report challenges and potential solutions to the Supervisor
  • Provide support to the Social Workers, Volunteers and Protection teams in the identification of people in need and provision of Psychological first aid, as well as working together on the quality interventions as required
  • Maintain a focus on mental health promotion and improving access to relevant services through internal referrals and external referrals under the lead of the MHPSS Supervisor, follow-up and information-sharing
  • Be respectful to the beneficiaries and their relatives, treating all people equally without discrimination, and ensuring confidentiality and obtaining consent at all times
  • Ensure proper implementation of the weekly workplan in collaboration with the MHPSS Supervisor for scheduled activities in predetermined locations
  • Assess the level of psychological distress of beneficiaries identified as in-need of support and carry out rapid clinical assessment of mental health issues if required
  • Provide emotional support, Psychological First Aid (PFA) or counselling to beneficiaries in need of support, though a trauma-sensitive approach
  • Coordinate with the PUI teams on site to provide all the necessary information to the beneficiary for accessing the referral facility or services
  • Record accurately and in a readable manner, the clinical records (both daily reports, assessments, follow-ups, evaluations and group sessions reports) of beneficiaries involved in MHPSS activities, ensuring confidentiality and obtaining consent at all times
  • Ensure good reporting to and communication with the MHPSS Supervisor and Data Officer as appropriate
