Obowiązki:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy for the Polish market, considering the cultural, linguistic, and geographical diversity within the region
- Identify opportunities and prepare press releases and other copywriting materials that help to build brand and product awareness and support business objectives
- Develop sales materials such as catalogues, brochures, flyers
- Implement the product range strategy (Assortment Policy) – develop KVs, lead information campaign, update a website and sales materials, provide presentations and reports
- Plan, organise and coordinate trade shows, fairs and other events in consultation with the Marketing Manager; participate in relevant events and trade fairs
- Coordinate promotional activities, contests and sweepstakes
- Prepare POS and advertising materials
- Plan, manage and control the marketing budget in cooperation with the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts
- Analyse market, competition and competitive activities
- Evaluate market data and prepare reports for the Sales Department
- Create a database in CRM (taking into account DSGVO requirements) and install a marketing automation process
- Prepare PPT presentations and templates for conference purposes
- Prepare monthly marketing reports (in English) for the German Executive Meeting and the Business Area Nort-East Europe Management Meeting
