Obowiązki:

Post and manage open vacancies on job boards, company website and other social media channels (Telegram/Skype/FB/LinkedIn);
Assist in the coordination of recruiting activities, help with meeting candidates in the office, schedule interviews in calendars, maintain follow-up communication with candidates both prior to and after their interviews, prepare drafts of documents for newcomers;
Manage and control our ATS system: update vacancies, make other changes and track progress;
Make a preliminary search for hot positions (create lists of ‘passive’ candidates);
Make market research - explore the availability of resources, new coming training programs, courses, events, etc.;
Provide help in the preparation of statistics, analytics, reports, presentations;
Participate in the organization of Recruitment Meetups/Conferences/other events;
Assist in processing requests regarding referral bonuses or other fees;
Provide other administrative support and project help as assigned
